The creamy, dreamy Key-Lime Pie martini is an exquisite twist on the classic martini, blending the tart vibrancy of key limes with the smooth, sweet notes of vanilla vodka. I typically choose Stoli Vanilla, but any type of vanilla vodka works well. The silky mouthfeel from the half-and-half lends to this beverages delectability, making it perfect for any dessert-lover, or swap it out for a cream liquor to kick the booziness up a notch. Garnish with whipped cream or even a crushed graham cracker rim to make this drink even more of a hit. This Key-Lime Pie Martini is one of my go-to’s when I get a request for an after-dinner dessert cocktail but it’s too late for an espresso martini and a chocolate martini feels tired. It truly is a slice of sunshine in a glass.

Some Tips for this Delicious Dessert Cocktail

Be sure to use shelf-stable, single-serve packets to prevent the cream from curdling due to the acidic nature of the drink. Also, if you can get your hands on some real key-lime juice, go ahead and use that. However, we typically only have regular lime juice behind the bar which works just as well. And as always, don’t forget to chill your glass!
